In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "lodi129" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the lodi129 online gaming platform operated at lodi129.club, a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming service provider in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who has registered a valid account with lodi129 and uses the Platform for gaming, betting, or related services.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a Player on the lodi129 platform, through which access to games, funds, and account settings is managed.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" — refers to the PHP-denominated funds held within a Player's lodi129 account, representing deposits, winnings, and bonus credits as separately categorised.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to Philippine Peso amounts deposited by a Player through approved payment channels, as distinct from bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" — refers to non-deposited promotional funds credited by lodi129 to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Credits or winnings derived from Bonus Credits become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that licenses and regulates online gaming in the Philippines.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer procedures required to verify a Player's identity, age, and place of residence prior to withdrawal processing.

By accessing the lodi129 platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms and Conditions in full; (b) you agree to be legally bound by them; and (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.

Your continued use of the lodi129 platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. lodi129 will notify registered players of material changes via the registered email address or mobile number associated with their account.

These Terms are supplemented by the lodi129 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific rules expressly state otherwise.

To be eligible to register and play on lodi129, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of lodi129 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion programme, whether through lodi129's own tools or any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion registry;
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the KYC process, including valid government-issued Philippine identification.

lodi129 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend account access pending the completion of age or identity verification. Accounts found to have been registered using false information, including misrepresented age, will be immediately terminated and all funds held in such accounts will be subject to confiscation and reporting to PAGCOR.

Each eligible person may register one (1) account on the lodi129 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are responsible for:

1. Maintaining the confidentiality of your lodi129 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes;
2. All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases of proven unauthorised access reported to lodi129 in writing within 24 hours of discovery;
3. Notifying lodi129 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your account;
4. Keeping your registered mobile number, email address, and payment details current and accurate;
5. Completing KYC verification before requesting your first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete.

lodi129 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Sharing account credentials with any third party is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

All transactions on the lodi129 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). lodi129 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may apply their own transaction fees, for which lodi129 accepts no liability.

lodi129 applies an anti-money-laundering policy that requires withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. lodi129 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests in compliance with PAGCOR's AML guidelines and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.

Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the resolution of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity, chargebacks, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. lodi129 will notify affected players of any such hold and the expected resolution timeline.

All games offered on the lodi129 platform — including but not limited to slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, sic bo, bingo, and sports betting — are subject to the individual game rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• All bets placed on lodi129 are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation except where the Platform itself cancels a game due to a technical error.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a live dealer session or slot spin, lodi129 will apply its standard void-and-return procedure: the round is declared void and the staked amount is returned to the Player's wallet without deduction.
• All slot game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and are not influenced by previous or subsequent spins. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment — cards, dice, roulette wheels — under dealer supervision. All live dealer studios are operated by certified third-party providers whose equipment and procedures are independently audited.

The specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus play — are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active. General principles applicable to all lodi129 bonuses include:

1. Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once upon making their first qualifying deposit. Bonus abuse or attempts to claim promotional offers multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the forfeiture of the associated Bonus Credits and any derived winnings.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodi129 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age;
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one lodi129 account;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent any game mechanic, RNG system, or odds calculation;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160 or related Philippine law;
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a lodi129 account;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during KYC or at any other point during your use of the Platform;
• Attempting to transfer funds between lodi129 accounts or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward lodi129 staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.

lodi129 cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and Philippine law enforcement agencies. Information about suspected prohibited conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

lodi129 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from account settings without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can configure session duration alerts that notify them at set intervals during play.
• Loss Limits: Players may set the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.

All intellectual property on the lodi129 platform — including but not limited to the lodi129 brand, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to lodi129 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lodi129 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content; use of any lodi129 branding or content in connection with any other product or service; or reverse engineering of any Platform software or game mechanic.

Any unauthorised use of lodi129's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable Philippine law, for which lodi129 reserves all remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodi129's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their lodi129 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lodi129 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond lodi129's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or actions of Philippine government authorities;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits or opportunity;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain adequate account security;
• Losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party game provider's systems, even where those systems are accessible through the lodi129 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits lodi129's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

lodi129 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct set out in Section 8;
2. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request;
3. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or account compromise;
4. Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority;
5. Identification of the account holder as a minor or as a person subject to a self-exclusion order;
6. Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute by the Player or their payment provider.

Upon termination for breach, lodi129 reserves the right to withhold the balance in the affected account pending investigation. Where termination is not related to prohibited conduct (e.g., voluntary account closure), the verified balance of Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's last-used payment method after applicable KYC clearance.

lodi129 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, PAGCOR directive, or urgent security considerations.

Non-material amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications, and formatting changes that do not affect a Player's substantive rights — may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Continued use of the lodi129 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of Republic Act No. 9487 (Online Gambling), PAGCOR's regulatory issuances, and other applicable Philippine statutes.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the lodi129 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through lodi129's internal dispute resolution process, which can be initiated through the Platform's live chat support. lodi129 undertakes to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through lodi129's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's published player protection procedures. As a last resort, unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
