5. Fraud prevention and security: Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity, account compromise, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct as defined in the lodi129 Terms and Conditions.
6. Responsible gaming: Monitoring gameplay patterns to identify indicators of problem gambling, administering player-set limits, and providing support in accordance with lodi129's responsible gaming obligations.
7. Customer support: Responding to queries, processing complaints, and resolving disputes.
8. Platform improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve platform performance, game selection, and user experience.
9. Direct marketing (with consent): Sending promotional communications about lodi129 offers, bonuses, and new games where you have opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support.

lodi129 will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes listed above without obtaining your prior explicit consent.

• Identity verification service providers: Third-party KYC technology providers may process submitted ID documents under strict data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of the data beyond the verification service.
• IT and cloud infrastructure providers: Technology service providers that operate server infrastructure, databases, or security systems for lodi129 are bound by contractual data processing obligations and may not use lodi129 player data for their own purposes.

• Data processing agreements that restrict the recipient's use of transferred data to the specified service purpose only.

lodi129 does not transfer KYC documents or sensitive personal information to international recipients except where strictly required by the service (e.g., identity verification providers) and subject to the safeguards described above.

lodi129 retains personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulatory obligations. Key retention periods applicable to lodi129 player data:

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where data cannot immediately be deleted due to technical constraints, it is quarantined and restricted from active processing until deletion is completed.

lodi129 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by lodi129's servers when you access the Platform. lodi129 uses the following types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for core platform functions including session management, login state persistence, and security. These cannot be disabled without impairing platform functionality.

While lodi129 maintains data processing agreements with all third-party processors that handle personal data on its behalf, each third-party provider also operates under its own privacy policy in respect of data it processes as an independent controller.

lodi129 does not control the privacy practices of third-party game studios, payment networks (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), or other independent service providers. Players who have concerns about how a specific third-party provider handles their data should refer to that provider's privacy policy directly. lodi129 conducts due diligence assessments on all third-party data processors before engagement and requires contractual commitments to data security standards consistent with RA 10173 as a condition of the business relationship.

lodi129 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in legal obligations, PAGCOR requirements, business practices, or technology. Material changes — meaning changes that substantively affect your rights or lodi129's data processing activities — will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address held on their account at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

Non-material amendments (for example, clarifications, formatting updates, or corrections that do not affect how data is processed) may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the lodi129 platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a material amendment, you may request account closure before the effective date.
